Process an incident

To report an issue with one of our products, you need to contact Asalvo by sending an email to club@asalvo.com .

In your message, please include the following information so we can assist you as soon as possible:

  • Copy of the ticket or proof of purchase

  • Product details (reference and serial number)

  • Place of purchase (Asalvo website or physical store, indicating the store name)

  • Detailed description of the problem

  • Images or videos that help identify the incident

Once we receive the information, our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as possible to offer you the best solution.
