Voluntary withdrawal of the Quick Estrellas Celeste High Chair, ref. 18281 Lot 210240/2022
Based on a notice from C.C.Carrefour about an incident in the stability of the Quick high chair with reference number 18281 and batch number 210240/2022, at Estar Asalvo we have proceeded to withdraw this product and batch in particular from the centers where it is being marketed.
Our company complies with all current European regulations and all products pass the relevant tests to guarantee safety; But this does not exempt us from the possibility that a specific batch may present some manufacturing incident.
If you have purchased this high chair, please send an email to our customer service. Please write “QUICK HIGH CHAIR REF.18281 LOT 210240/2022” in the subject and include a photograph of the product where this lot number can be seen.

New EU Regulation 2023/988
The EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) will replace Directive 2001/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Council Directive 87/357/EEC. As it is a regulation, it is directly applicable in all Member States. Given the increasing digitalization of products and distribution channels, the European legislator has introduced several changes to the law on general product safety.
For example, from now on for each of the products sold online, the following information must be provided, among other things: the name, address and a contact email address of the manufacturer, as well as any warnings or safety information.
