When it's time to travel, there are some moms and dads that don't want to do it with a baby because he needs a lot of things: it's a problem of space in the car. Where do I go with all these things, without space for my own suitcases, for only a couple days?

We want to show you that there is a foldable version of almost all the baby items, that are compact and easy to transport: strollers, cots, highchairs...

Sometimes it's an economical problem: you can't buy all the items in both the "at home version" and the "travel version". So the best way to travel comfortably with your baby is to plan everything ahead.

We are going to help you plan all the products your baby will need for a trip, and we are going to show you some of the "travel version" items that you can find in our catalogue.

                - Stroller or Trio Stroller: As we said in previous posts, a good choice will make your life easier. When buying a stroller, you must look out for quality and comfort (breatable materials, carrycot's mattress quality, stroller's shape...), but also a good folding system so that you can travel with the stroller without it occupying a lot of space, or simply transport the stroller easily. A stroller with a lighweight chassis, a nice folding system and that is compact, is the best choice. And if you can also fold the carrycott or fold the stroller with the seat on, you will save a lot more of space in your car and in your house.

                - Light Chair: Related with the previous item, a good light chair choice must be made looking for the baby's comfort but also a compact and easy folding. There are different types of folding, so try to fold the light chair at the store before buying it and see which one ir more compact. This will save a lot of space in your car's trunk. There are "book type" foldings and "cane type" foldings, so look which one of them suits your car's trunk better to save space. If the trunk is deep, the "cane" folding is better, but if it's wider and not that deep, we recommend you the "book" folding. There are also "flight" type light chairs, that are allowed as hand luggage by most airlines and can be transported as a trolley when they are folded.

                - Bathtub: Travel bathtubs can be "accordion" folded, and they are only 7-8cm wide when folded so you can store them anywhere. They are comfortable and easy to clean, and can be used as a little splash pool for your baby during your holidays. A lightweight and practical item.

                - The mini cot: Without a doubt, the best cot for traveling is the co-sleeping foldable mini cot. It's like a regular mini cot, but you can fold it easily without having to disassemble any part. It's easily folded in only 20 seconds, you just have to fold the legs and detach the structure with just one click. A mini cot is better if a transport bag is included.

                - Travel cot or rectangular playpen: The king of comfort and functionality when traveling. It can have a double height so it can be used as a cot on the first months of your baby's life (it's easier to pick up your baby with the higher height). It's very compact and you can easily put it into the car's trunk. Some models have a toys bar and even a foldable changing table: your baby will sleep, play and be diapered, all i the same product. The best thing is that you can also use it at home or in the grandparents house: they can have the cot folded and stored when the baby is not there, and easily assemble it when the baby needs it.

                - A place for eating: Depending on your baby's age, we have some cool products for your baby's lunch or dinner time. There are compact-folding highchairs, that fold in a "scissor shape", but maybe they are still too big to fit in your car if you are going on vacation. If the baby is small, a good choice is a baby bouncer where you can sit your baby upright. It's a good choice and your baby will use it to eat, rest and play, it is also compact and lightweight. But if your child is a bit older, the best choice for your trips is the travel highchair: it can be adjusted in any chair, it's foldable, washable, and you can turn it into a bag and hang it on the stroller.

There are a lot of ways to travel with your baby without needing to rent a big van for all his stuff! With these recommendations, your child will be doing the same things that he does at home -eat, play, sleep...- but without his items taking up all the space in your car. Enjoy your family trip!
